Para muchos considerada LA SERIE con mayúsculas, lo cierto es que pocas han logrado reinar en la pequeña pantalla reuniendo durante tantas temporadas a un público apasionado y variopinto. Las misteriosas aventuras de los agentes Mulder y Scully también fueron llevadas, con más pena que gloria, a la gran pantalla, e incluso, una vez apagada su estela, existió una prolongación directamente editada para el mercado del DVD.
Maltratada en nuestro país, donde las últimas temporadas fueron emitidas años después en las autonómicas, cuenta sin embargo con suficientes fans como para mantener vivo su recuerdo. Va por ellos y por aquellos jueves en los que los bares se quedaban desiertos al grito de “Â¡que empieza Expediente X!”. Ya hace casi quince años. Quién lo diría.

Multipremiada serie norteamericana que con sus diez temporadas ha marcado un hito en lo que ha series contemporáneas de éxito se refiere. Humos inequívocamente americano,a veces demasiado infantil pero siempre eficaz para una descripción del perfil de sus personajes muy sabia.Uno de sus protagonistas, Matthew Perry, protagonizó después la olvidada, eficaz y estupenda “Studio 60″. El éxito de la serie a nivel internacional llegó años después de estrenarse la serie. Por ejemplo, en España comenzaron a emitirse sus primeros capítulos en la cadena Canal Plus en 1997.

Treinta y tantos – Stuart Levin, W.G. Snuffy Walden / Main title

No dejaba de ser entretenida esta serie norteamericana, quizás porque en países como España aún no se habían rodado series que reflejaban las mismas vivencias que los modernos treintañeros que veíamos en “Treinta y tantos”. Estaba bien rodada, con buen ritmo y bien interpretada, detalles que, de sobra, alimentaban el éxito que tuvo en los Estados Unidos, donde compartió premios con la superior “Aquellos maravillosos años”

Gran serie de seis estupendas temporadas para narrar las peripecias de un niño(Kevin Arnold) y su feo pero siempre a su lado, amigo Paul Pfeiffer. Muy bien interpretada por su personaje principal, está llena de añoranza y melancolía, con situaciones juveniles muy divertidas y siempre con el ojo puesto en la narración sútil e inteligente donde se ven las relaciones entre padres e hijos, la llegada de la adolescencia con sus problemas, los primeros escarceos amorosos y la pérdida de la inocencia. Una de las mejores series de finales de los ochenta y principios de los noventa.

Los Soprano – Alabama 3, Woke up this morning

Gran serie sobre la mafia, que desmitifica las utopías sobre la fortaleza de un cabeza de familia y jefe de un clan mafioso, que se ve obligado a visitar a una psiquiatra por su contínua ansiedad. Muy buenos intérpretes para una de las grandes series de los últimos años. Sus personajes secundarios tan bien sobresalen en esta muestra de la herencia que, de las grandes películas que se rodaron en los setenta sobre la mafia alargando su sombra hasta la magistral “Uno de los nuestros” de Scorsese”, traslada el código del hampa hasta hoy en día. Se hace tasta simpática la figura de su protagonista principal, un James Gandolfini que realiza una de las figuras más sobresalientes que de un personaje se han visto en mucho tiempo.
